o2 has magnificently charged me 224 pounds last month when their not supposed to. knowing of their fault they assured me that they were going to credit my account of the charges they've made.
come 17th they deducted the money.
however, as i religiously monitor my account through their website.
i dont see my account being credited.

only then did they realize of the 'oh we havent credited your account' yet.

what the hell happened to the remaining 25 pounds which i calculated myself is supposed to be refunded back as well?
