i was watching america's next top model just now.. heh thats what u do when u ahve nothing better to do on a monday night i guess.. tv really sucks on mondays.. theres hardly anything good.. aiyayaiee..

speaking of models.. what a life would that be man, getting all dressed up for people to take pictures of you.. then get paid for it too.. wow.. thats some easy job.. but i guess theres alot more than just that.. theres maintaining a good body.. getting deals and dodging nasty ones.. but it does sound like easy money coming in..

last time around i almost wanted to join that fcuk model search.. but i was soo caught up with things i didnt have time ... was some what a dare.. a bunch o guys.. trying our luck haha..

plus the end results of who won the fcuk models totally suprised us as they look soo average joe-ish..

speaking of which.. i was at the curve on saturday.. and i was walking towards cineleisure.. for the grafiti and other events going on there.. midway walking.. someone tapped my shoulder. thinking it was someone i knew.. i turned around..

3 chinese girls.. whom i have not seen before..

'wtf?'

they introduced themselves.. and said that they were from this casting agency .. and they asked me if i was interested.. it took me quite abit to process the whole thing through.. which in the end i said..

'okay sure..'

so they took me to a more quieter area.. and took a video and pictures of me..

though i doubt they could hear shit on the video since th band was blasting so loudly.

anyways. they said they wanted my face and feet .. for a hushpuppies add..

at heart i was saying ..'bugger i knowla my body flabby.. ish'

so then they passed me their card and asked me to email my profile to them ASAP..

i was kinda reluctant to do so.. but tot of the extra income ..

so this morning i woke up early so i cud browse my pc for pictures and send them in ..

totally forgotten that my HDD CRASHED recently with all the photo's ..

so i had to make do and send in whatever i had....

WHICH WAS VERY LIMITED..

AND LOOKS REALLY BAD.

but i tot.. fuck it. just send em in.. if they want me .. can contact me.. if not.. no harm done.

morning after

i always find it rather unpleasant to wake up the next day after you've stayed up the whole night..

its like waking up in a slight daze, confused with body ache's all over. hell i didnt even went out partying last night. i always take a long time to restart my brain in the morning.. so imagine how its like when u stayed up all night..

damn bloody slow okay.

anyways.

went over to cineleisure yesterday to see some grafities. not bad. i'll post up em pictures later. x fresh brought a bus and had some performance on top of the bus, its kinda kewl .. very practical too in terms of event handling. cus u can just stuff everything in the bus. hehe. which i bet they do after every event.

they also had some street skateboarding / bmx .. 1 on 1 football which also happens to be an exact replica of nike panna k.o. heh.. i find that rather amusing. crowd wasnt bad, a mixture of youth and young adults... might be going there again today .. see how it goes ..

i was out wit her last night. i think we're together now. :) but i feel really shitty everytime i look at the calendar. sigh. guess i gotta bring this up the next time i see her..

yesterday was awkward since i was out with her group of friends.. and i totally didnt know any of em.. so imagine a verrryyy silent suffieaee. ;D

i just completed my run!

woohoo.. i'm so proud of myself. todays like the first day. hope i have the dicipline to follow through with the program yo !

45 mins non stop run. (i did like 6 rounds of ttdi!!! JUMP FOR JOY! OMGOMG!)
2 sets of pushups(10 reps) .. i so suck at pushups now. last time i cud do like 30 reps per set and do like 4 sets. stick for arms man.
3 sets of situps (front and sides) sorry la i got tummy yo. ;p
90 secs of bridging.
6 sets of (i dunno what, suppose to tone ur butt muscles ;p)

in theory, i'm suppose to go another 45 mins run in the evening. but i wouldnt wanna fall sick tomorrow rite. so its a slow paddle up stream.. :P

okay. todays post is very sad and pathetic.

man my body ache's all over. its been a total wreck for the past 2 days or so.. god damn worldcup. heh. finally its over man. now its all chill and boring nights..

shit.

watched the final game at hartamas square.. aka the usuall footie hangout. i was there the day before also for the 3rd placing game which portugal got trashed(so badly, im starting to wonder how many times will c.ronaldo have to cry before he wins any huge titles. HAHA! PANSY!) but it was a good game. least nuno gomez gave em 1 goal back. so ok la.

but really. 2 days back to back of hartamas square is really. ouch!

cus when u want good seats, then u gotta come early.

which we did. we came abt 11 pm(for the 3rd placing, 10.30pm for final)

game's at bloody 3am yo!

even brought cards and uno to play wit, just to kill time.

still.. imagine... 4 hours of waiting, 2 hours of game. whole day of activities. aiyoyo!

the final game was worst since i had to send off my parents to klia right after watching the 3rd placing match. so i only managed to get 3 hours sleep before all my phone starts ringing.. thus i had quite a number of nodding moments watching italy play france.

the weather was soo awesome; not too hot not rainy either (its like english weather!! HAHA!) , went for lunch with a certain someonesomeone. then bummed for abit.. then came back to continue my sleep/rest.

now i feel well rested. :)

cus tomorrow i start my fitness program! ;p

crazy man. 45 mins jog in the morning, 45 mins jog in the evening.. sit ups and shite.

but it does sound interesting. gotta try to know right. heh
