in the uk

hey guys. sorry for the super late update. been extra busy last few days before i left..

for those of you who still dont know.. i left malaysia already. theehee ..

anyways,

flight was okay only. the food was a lil too indian-ish for my flavour.. i'm okay with it, but if u keep on eating in flight curry .. it kinda gives u weird tastes. transited at bangkok for like 3 hours, nothing interesting goin on there. since its an ol airport and stuff..

arrived at heathrow at about 6.30 but i was stuck at imigrations till about 8 ish.. apparently all those travelling into UK must go to health control first.. lucky enough i was prepared, had my xrays and medical report done in msia.. so that didnt take long.. some had to wait ages i tell ya.

by the time i got to the baggage claim, my bag was already left aside ..

got my room key, had more curry like rice at some local stall then unpacked abit.

i'm happy with my room. its quite spacious, defineatly bigger than what i expected. haha. i just met a few of my floormates, i think my floor is a muslim only male floor. dang! cus theres like people from yunan, pakistan and some other country .. i totally forgot.

was busy the whole day since classes have commenced .. and i havent registered yet!

so i did that, got my id card which i look absolutely like shite. gotten my internet up and went to class.

i can tell u one thing, the brain is slow on intake when theres an absense of 9 months from studying. bloody hell, i really hope it gets better. heh. had class till abt 6pm just now, my timetable's packed as hell. just into my first class, we already have a project to do.. like okay, talk about not wasting any time.

students ere are pretty much a mixed bunch, with locals being the majority, then theres the paki's and china people. theres only a few msians here. so its kinda a close community.

class is at 9am tomorrow. going off to read the thick ass book i got from class.

gotta open a bank account tomorrow.. i think i'll be headin down to london on the weekend, might as well get my phone line by then. heh.
